Customs & Repairs

Repair Order Process

  • Submit a Repair Inquiry

Fill out our Repair Request Form with details about your item, photos, and the type of repair needed. We carefully review each submission to ensure it aligns with our selective repair process.

  • Approval & Rough Quote

If your repair is approved, we’ll contact you with:

  • A rough estimate for the work

  • Shipping instructions for sending your item to our studio

  • A deposit payment to secure your place in our schedule (this deposit goes toward your final balance).

📄 Print and include the provided shipping form when sending your item.

  • Item Inspection & Full Assessment

Once your item arrives at our studio, we’ll carefully inspect it. You’ll receive a call or FaceTime session to review:

  • A full assessment of the repair

  • Any additional details or recommendations

  • The final cost of the work

*At this stage, the remaining balance must be paid in full before we proceed.

  • Repair & Craftsmanship

Your item is scheduled for repair. Every restoration is handled with precision and care, respecting the original craftsmanship while revitalizing.

  • Completion & Return Shipping

When your repair is complete:

  • We’ll contact you with final photos of your restored item

  • You’ll receive tracking details once it’s carefully packaged and on its way back to you

Want to schedule an In-Person Consultation?

​

  • A Full Hands-On Assessment

    • Physically inspect the item for damage, wear, and underlying issues that photos/videos might not capture.

    • Identify potential complications, material requirements, and solutions.

​

​

  • Expert Repair Guidance

    • Offer professional recommendations on restoration options:

      • “Here’s how we can preserve the original details.”

      • “Here’s an alternative method if you want to upgrade the look or materials.”

    • Discuss limitations honestly (if something can’t be repaired to a like-new state).

​

​

  • Estimated Costing & Timeline

    • Provide a rough estimate during the meeting.

    • Step-by-step physical repair plan

​

​

*For minimal Repairs the final cost will be provided up front with full payment to proceed.

​

​

*For Complex or Restoration Repairs ( custom work, material sourcing, paneling etc) The final repair plan and cost will be invoiced within 48 hours after the meeting.

​

In-person consultations are available upon request for an additional fee. This service ensures dedicated time to assess your piece and discuss details face-to-face. This fee is credited toward your order if you move forward with a repair or bespoke project.

*All orders valued at $250 or less must be paid in full at the time of the Design & Diagnostic Consultation.

​

*Payments Accepted are via Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Venmo, Credit/Debit, or In-person Cash.
