Custom Lining - Pelle Pelle
Client contacted me with his Pelle Pelle Jacket that was gifted to him from his mother. He's had this Jacket for 20+ years and needed it desperately repaired. We discussed all options and we repaired the entire lining including the sleeves, all pockets - interior /exterior, hardware, and minor tears around the jacket.
The lining features a Stabilized Silver Satin with pleated sleeves, refined exterior welt pockets with top-stitching, an interior custom leather zipper pocket with a custom leather phone pocket, and the original logos including the "Pelle Pelle" & Collar Tag were stabilized & stitched. The jacket was cleaned, conditioned, & protected.

Louis Vuitton Straps & Binding Replacement
Client contacted me with their Louis Vuitton Straps & Top Binding tearing. We discussed all options and replaced the two straps with upgraded leather, reinforced, & color matched. The top binding leather was also replaced, upgraded & color matched. The bag was finished with a clean, conditioning, and protected for water / stains.

Custom Lining - Tommy Hilfiger
Client contacted me with their lining torn in various spots including the inside front panels, pockets, and sleeves. We discussed all options and repaired the entire lining including the sleeves, all pockets - interior / exterior, reused all original logos, reinforced - stabilized all major stress areas, and upgraded the lining to a Italian satin. The Jacket was finished with a cleaning, conditioning, color corrected, & protected from water / stains.

Custom Louis Vuitton Lining
Client contacted me with their beloved Louis Vuitton lining completely torn. We discussed all options and upgraded the entire lining to a buttery soft Italian lamb with custom pockets. Patterns were drafted, cut and sewn. Bag was finished with a cleaning, conditioning, & protected from water / stains.

Custom Insulated Lining
Client contacted me with their 40 yr old Leather jacket. He had this jacket since he was a kid and was hoping to bring it back to life. We discussed all options for the jacket and repaired the entire lining with a custom premium insulated satin lining for the cold winter days as he travels up north. The insulated lining was custom stitched with a 3" diamond pattern. All pockets were replaced, reinforced, and upgraded to a refined construction. The collar was upgraded & replaced. The inside lining features a custom welt pocket with leather trim. The entire lining was reinforced & stabilized. The jacket was finished with cleaning, conditioning, color correction and protected from water / stains.

Custom Gucci Reconstruction
with custom lining
Client contacted me with her Gucci Bag that was passed down from her mother. She approached me with an idea of expanding the bag & creating the bag more versatile. The original Gucci design didn't allow ease of access. The opening was restricting & limited access through the top zipper closure & the solid structure. We drafted up a design, discussed all options and recreated the bag with a water-repellent & strong wool blend that was stabilized & supported around the entire bag trim. We extended the width of the bag with gussets and extended zippers panels for easy access. After the bag was Drafted & Cut for the new shape, I created a custom lining to fit the exact dimensions. The custom lining was made from an Italian soft wool blend featuring Custom Gucci Trim accents. After everything was assembled I made a custom crossbody strap out of the wool with Gucci Trim & Solid Brass Hardware.

Sleeve Shortening Alterations
Client contacted me with their sleeves to long & to wide (image 2.) We discussed all options and measured for the appropriate fit. The sleeves were altered from the bottom cuffs, replaced the sleeve zippers, tapered the sleeves for his personal preference, stitched the lining back, then finished the jacket with a clean & conditioning.

Leather Briefcase Lining
Client contacted me with their beloved Leather Briefcase ruined from ink stains and tears, as shown on photo 3. They wanted to keep the lining original with upgraded materials if possible. The lining and all pockets were removed, drafted, then upgraded with an Italian linen/cotton blend & stabilized for additional structural support. The black leather trims were cut from Italian lamb leather. All pieces were constructed, cut, & sewn.

Louis Vuitton
Base Replacement
Client Contacted me with their beloved Louis Vuitton base torn. We discussed all options and replaced / repaired the bottom base with a color matched & upgraded leather hide. The entire lining and base were removed to properly repair. The interior structure was stabilized then stitched with a color-matched thread. The bag was finished with a cleaning, conditioning, and protected from water / stains.

Custom Satin Lining w/ Custom Duffle Bag Accessories
Client contacted me with their partners Yeezy Season 1 Duffle Bag with a torn & weak lining. Image two is the original lining. We discussed materials & custom options for improving the lining & the overall bag. The lining was replaced with a custom Maroon Satin, stabilized, and reinforced for longevity. The lining features 1 large snap pocket with the original logos stitched on. The opposite side of the lining features a color-matched Ykk maroon zipper pocket to secure personal items. The Custom Duffle Accessories include a cut & sewn Two-ply Reinforced Adjustable Suede Crossbody Strap with Solid Brass Hardware. The second accessory included a custom Suede Double Layered Snapped Handle Guard, which was hand stitched. The third accessory features a Double Sided Removable Lining Base made from Italian Lambskin and finished with a water repellent. This Removable Base was structured with a double layered foam, leather, stitched, and edged painted for a clean finish. The final accessory included cut & handstiched suede leather zipper pulls. All pieces were removed and patterns were constructed, cut, then sewn.

Lamb Jacket - Custom Alterations
Client contacted me with their jacket purchased in Italy. The jacket had a large tear on the back/sleeve area and the sleeves were too long. We discussed all options through a custom fitting and altered the side gussets to properly fit the jacket with double layered & color-matched lambskin. The second alteration was addressed at the "pointed" sleeve caps which were a result of excessive ease & poor pattern construction. This alteration was addressed in combination with shortening the sleeves from the sleeve caps, 3" down on each side and properly adjusted sleeve caps. The final repairs consisted of repairing minor tears & hand stitching two buttons. The jacket was finished with a cleaning, conditioning, and water protected.

*For Complex or Restoration Repairs ( custom work, material sourcing, paneling etc) The final repair plan and cost will be invoiced within 48 hours after the meeting.
In-person consultations are available upon request for an additional fee. This service ensures dedicated time to assess your piece and discuss details face-to-face. This fee is credited toward your order if you move forward with a repair or bespoke project.
*All orders valued at $250 or less must be paid in full at the time of the Design & Diagnostic Consultation.
*Payments Accepted are via Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Venmo, Credit/Debit, or In-person Cash.
Repair Timeline & Structural Discovery Policy
At take -- time, we take great care in assessing and restoring each piece brought to us for repair.
While we strive to provide accurate timelines and cost estimates at the outset, please note:

During the repair process, previously hidden damage or structural issues may become apparent once we begin working on your item. These discoveries can require additional time and/or materials to ensure the integrity and longevity of the repair.

If such issues arise, we will notify you promptly with an updated assessment and revised timeline. No additional work or charges will be undertaken without your approval.

While we do our best to accommodate original timelines, the quality and durability of the repair are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding if adjustments are necessary to achieve the highest standard.
