Quality & Timeframe Policy

Every project is approached with care, precision, and a dedication to craftsmanship. We do not rush any work.

 

A timeframe will be provided at the start of the process as an estimated timeframe; this is not guaranteed. Please understand that during the course of design and restoration, unexpected or underlying issues may arise. These will be addressed thoroughly to ensure the highest level of quality.

My priority is to deliver work that gives you, the client, confidence and peace of mind long after the service has been completed.

If you require expedited service, please note that a significant rush fee will apply. Alternatively, I am happy to recommend a trusted provider who may better accommodate urgent timelines.

By engaging my services, you agree to allow the necessary time for your piece to receive the level of attention and detail it deserves.

Repairs Policy

We offer a selective and limited repair service for heirloom and luxury leather goods. Not all repair requests are approved, as we focus on projects that align with our studio’s expertise and standards of craftsmanship.

Repair Process Overview

  1. Inquiry & Approval Submit your repair request through our online form. If approved, you will receive a rough estimate and shipping or drop-off instructions.

  2. In-Person or Virtual Consultation (Optional) For complex or premium repairs, we offer In-Person Design Consultations at curated local cafés or in your home. This allows us to carefully assess your item and discuss material and design considerations in detail. – Consultation fees apply and are credited toward your repair if you proceed.

  3. Thoughtful Assessment & Final Quote Once your item is received or assessed in person, we will provide a finalized quote and timeline. This ensures every detail is accounted for before work begins.

  4. Deposit & Scheduling A deposit is required to secure your project in our calendar.

  5. Completion & Delivery Upon completion, we will send photos of your restored item and provide tracking details once shipped.

Important Notes

  • All repairs are approached with the same care and precision as our bespoke work.

  • Travel fees may apply for in-home consultations outside of our local service area.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping their items to and from our studio unless otherwise arranged.

Made-to-Measure & Made-to-Order Policy

All made-to-measure and made-to-order pieces are created with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. Please note that all sales are final within the design scope agreed upon prior to production.

We proudly stand behind our work and offer a standard warranty covering minor repairs and touch-ups to ensure your piece maintains its quality and integrity over time.

​

Any work requested outside of the original design scope will be treated as a new project and assessed under a separate proposal.

​

For added peace of mind, we offer an Extended Warranty, available as an additional purchase. This option provides enhanced benefits and coverage for larger repair work and ongoing care, giving you confidence and comfort far into the future.

Client Meetings & Delivery Bookings Policy

​

All bookings made under the Client Meeting & Delivery calendar are reserved exclusively for:

  • Pre-assessed orders,

  • Personal client consultations, and

  • Delivery scheduling.

​

Prior to booking, you must:

  • Have an approved order already in place, or

  • Receive verbal consent from us to schedule a client meeting.

​

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings that do not meet these criteria.
