Service Description
Book a convenient time to receive your completed repair or custom-design piece. This appointment is for in-person delivery, pickup, or scheduled hand-off. We'll confirm the location details after booking. Cafe locations are based in Towson, Downtown Baltimore, or In-Home drop off. List your preferred location and most convenient to you. During this appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to: - Inspect your finished piece - Receive basic care instructions for long-term maintenance - Complete any remaining payment (if applicable) We’ll confirm final delivery details after booking. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and timely exchange. If you're running behind no worries & no rush just send us a quick text for an update.
Cancellation Policy
At take -- time, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience for all completed repairs and custom orders. Please review the following policy before scheduling your appointment: **1. Appointment Requirement** All deliveries and meet-ups must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. A confirmation email or text will be sent with final time and location details prior to the appointment. **2. Delivery Locations** We offer two options for hand-off: - Home Delivery – At the client’s provided address - Public Meet-Up – At a mutually agreed public location (e.g., café) Clients must indicate their preference at the time of booking. **3. Final Inspection & Approval** Clients will have the opportunity to inspect their completed piece at the time of delivery. We recommend doing so on-site to ensure satisfaction before finalizing the hand-off. **4. Payment Balance** Any remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery. We accept [list accepted methods: e.g., cash, credit, mobile payment]. **5. Missed or Late Appointments** Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to reschedule, notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may result in a rescheduling fee of $25. **6. Care Instructions** Basic care and maintenance tips will be shared during the hand-off. Clients are encouraged to ask any questions regarding leather care at that time. **7. Liability** Once the item has been inspected and handed off, take -- time is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the item thereafter.
