Service Description
The 1 of 1 custom fitting assess and creates a Custom Tailored Fit for a Pre-existing Garment based on your preferences & requirements. We will Alter, Repair, & or Reconstruct an existing garment. Booking must be 48hrs in advance. This includes a private 1 on 1 fitting room session to diagnosis, create, and provide any information regarding your current garment. I'll recommend the best solutions for your request with a live alteration under your consent. We will discuss materials, trims, function, and the most desirable fit based off of the diagnosis information. During this time this may include unthreading, cutting, applying, and trimming materials. If you can't make an In-person meeting we can schedule a Custom fitting - Alteration via zoom. Once your consultation has been booked, a signed proposal will be sent via email outlining the location, date/time, details, & deliverables of the Alteration. * The 1 on 1 fitting cost will go towards the total value of the project. This service does not cover the entire cost of the project.














Cancellation Policy
**Leather Cleaning & Conditioning Service Policy** 1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all on-site appointments. This deposit secures your booking and is applied toward the final balance. The remaining balance, including any add-ons or custom requests, will be due at the time of service following an on-site assessment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given in time. 3. Service Area & Travel Our mobile service includes travel within designated service zones. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside standard zones, which will be communicated prior to booking. 4. Condition Assessment All leather items will be assessed upon arrival. The final price may vary depending on the condition, size, type of leather, and any special care requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if the item is unsuitable for cleaning or conditioning due to damage, material type, or other factors. 5. Results Disclaimer While we use professional-grade products and techniques, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of leather. Some stains, discoloration, or damage may not be fully reversible. We will always discuss expectations before beginning any work. 6. Liability We take great care in all services performed. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that arise due to the age or condition of the leather. Clients must disclose any known damage, treatments, or sensitivities to products prior to service. 7. Payment Methods We accept [list payment types, e.g., cash, card, digital payments] at the time of service. Full payment is due upon completion. 8. Customer Satisfaction Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any concerns with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly
