Following the consultation, we’ll provide a thoughtfully prepared quote and timeline before your project begins. This service is perfect for clients who value a tactile and collaborative approach to their most meaningful pieces. You can choose to meet at a curated local café for a relaxed, inspiring conversation, or schedule a visit in the comfort of your own home or space. — Appointment required. Consultation fees are credited toward your project if you proceed.
Cancellation Policy
Every repair begins with a thorough diagnostic consultation. This ensures that every piece we work on is restored with the care and integrity it deserves. **Consultation Fee** The Diagnostic Repair Consultation fee is $100 - If you choose to proceed with the repair, the consultation fee will be applied toward the final cost of the service. **Booking & Cancellations** - Consultations are by appointment only. - Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the consultation fee.
